Hello everyone. This is my first post on my brand new blog Life of a Fisherman’s Wife. Although my first post here it is not my first ever blog post. I already have another blog called My Three and Me.
I wanted to start Life of a Fisherman’s Wife as in a few years’ time the boys will be moving on with the next part of their lives and so will my husband and I. I still intend to use My Three and Me as a platform and update it regularly but I also wanted a new platform where I can show off my baking skills and recipes – albeit not perfect baking but I want to show people that you don’t need to be perfect to enjoy a hobby. That life isn’t as perfect as it may seem on social media and that you should take the joy from whatever makes you happy regardless of your skill level. So I’ll be showing you my creations and not being too hard on myself when they don’t look “insta perfect” never be in doubt that they don’t taste great because 9 times out of 10 they’re pretty good even if I do say so myself.
Matthew and I are hoping to buy a motor home in the next few years. We are wanting to travel all over the UK, Europe and go back to America in the future. I’m hoping that I will be able to share all our adventures with our readers, both the fishing that my husband and I will partake in whilst in these places and all the fun things we’ll find along the way, the books I’ll be reading, meals I’ll be making in the motor home and much more.
